    Excellent menu. Great vibe and atmosphere. Ample coffee and tea service. No wonder it's always busy! Kids love it too.

    Excellent experience except for one major issue related to seating at the tables facing the sidewalk. The windows desparately need adjustable shades or blinds to lessen the glare and heat of the sun. That this issue has not been addressed speaks to an utter lack of concern for their loyal customers' comfort. An easy fix and well worth a small investment for a long-term benefit. Bagels STALE on most recent visit and, no surprise, still no shades.

    My go-to bagel shop in Bergen County NJ. Bagels are great and so is everything in the deli case. Love the taylor ham & egg sandwiches here.

    A bit pricey but very worth it. Love the bagels here and the cream cheese selection. The firehouse sandwich is amazing. Good place to get coffee also.

    I've been here quite a few times, and never had an issue. Yesterday I was helped by a male who for whatever reason had a TERRIBLE attitude the second I ordered my sandwiches. I paid without an issue, and then was handed "my" order, which was not it. When I checked the order in my car, I walked back in because it was not what I had ordered. The guy who originally took my order ended up yelling at me for "taking someone else's order". I was handed the order, and am trying to get the correct one. Even the cashier was dumbfounded by his attitude. To top it off, the sandwiches were half wrapped and falling apart, as well as the wrapping was inside out. Food is standard bagel store quality, and the rest of the staff is fine, but that one worker ruined this store for me. There's plenty of other businesses in the area which I will be going to instead. Thanks, but no thanks.
